MUMBAI (Reuters) - Hundreds of people, including foreigners, were trapped by Islamist gunmen in India's financial capital on Thursday, after brazen attacks on luxury hotels, hospitals and a tourist cafe that killed at least 101 people.<div class="feedflare">
