QUERETARO, Mexico (Reuters) - Wealthy Mexicans, terrified
of soaring kidnapping rates, are spending thousands of dollars
to implant tiny transmitters under their skin so satellites can
help find them tied up in a safe house or stuffed in the trunk
of a car.
